Plexia is an artificial intelligence platform for real estate investing in Quebec. The service is currently in the development phase. Signing up for the waitlist allows you to be notified at launch and benefit from pre-launch offers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, transmit malicious or harmful content, or disrupt the operation of the platform.

All website content (text, graphics, logos, icons, source code) is the property of Neural North and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Information provided by Plexia, including AI-generated analyses, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or real estate advice. Neural North is not responsible for investment decisions made based on this information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data presented.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
